Child-centered, progressive preschool program seeks new Director.
The Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center (ECF) is a not-for-profit school that operates as an Integrated Auxiliary of Christ Church Bronxville.

- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the preschool
- Carry out the school’s mission and adhere to policies and procedures of the school
- Develop, implement and manage programs which meet the objectives and philosophy of ECF
- Facilitate dialogue to create a harmonious atmosphere and when necessary, to resolve conflicts,including corrective action in order to ensure a positive experience for students, staff and families.
- Recruit, select, hire and orient new staff members as needed
- Guide teachers in curriculum planning
- Work with bookkeeper to prepare annual budget

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Classroom teaching experience preferred.
- One year minimum experience as a school administrator. Job Type:Full-Time
Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
Benefits: Health insurance through Church plan (percentage of coverage to be discussed) Pensioncontribution equal to 9% of your annual salary (to begin aaer 6 months)
